PHI SIGMA PI NATIONAL STAFF


SENIOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Plans all fraternity national events, including national convention, grand chapter, and all national council meetings. Presides over financial matters including payroll, taxes, and bills.
Manager of the National Staff Oversight of all publications, mailings and alumni development.
Editor of The Lampadion Serves on the personnel committee at the national level.

 

Senior Vice President
Presides at meetings of Grand Chapter and National Convention in the absence or inability of the National President. The chairperson of the Constitution & Standards Committee.
Serves as the advisor on risk-management issues. Other duties that may be assigned to him or her.

 

DIRECTOR OF MEMBER SERVICES
Hires, trains, and supervises all the region consultants. Meets with the consultants on a monthly basis, monitors morale, and research seminars and training activities for the region consultants.
In charge of the Phi Sigma Pi publications such as the bi-weekly newsletter, The Purple a& Gold, the Phi Sigma Pi website and various resource and training manuals.  

 

Director of Alumni Relations
manages the fraternity's alumni relations program by promoting and advancing the National Alumni Associations and its affiliates. Develops and implements collegiate programs to advance the national alumni program.
Editor of the Lampadion Responsible for maintaining a philanthropic program.

 

Director of Expansion
Activates and reactivates all collegiate chapters. Researches the potential of a colony chapter at a specific school.
Conducts recruitment, meet night, and organizational nights. Supervises the colony throughout the academic term through the chapter induction.
Visits a chapter who is facing challenges with their recruitment methods. Employ methods to help a chapter recruit successfully.

 

Regional Consultant
Counsels chapters via phone contact and visitations. Works with her chapters on chapter development.
Evaluates strengths and limitations of the chapter. Produces a report for the National Council at the end of each semester detailing all of her chapter visits.
Reports to the Director of member services.
